6 Territorial scope of the covers ( Contents )
This insurance is valid throughout the world for the following covers:
- Death by accident - monthly annuity
- Death due to a traffic accident
- Death of the insured and spouse due to accident
- Permanent disability due to an accident
- Total permanent disability due to an accident - monthly annuity
- Permanent disability due to a traffic accident
- Major disability due to an accident
- Total permanent disability due to an accident - reform expenses
- Total permanent disability due to a heart attack
- Temporary disability due to an accident - daily indemnity
- Hospitalisation due to accident - daily indemnity
The territorial scope is limited to the Spanish territory for the cover:
Health care expenses arising from accidents
Accidents due to terrorism are not subject to cover outside Spanish territory, without prejudice to the extraordinary risks occurring in Spain (sic) cover provided by the Insurance Compensation Consortium
If the insured moves abroad the insurance covers shall be suspended at the expiry date of the insurance year underway at that time.
